Annie Briscoe

Annie Briscoe currently serves as the Region Advocacy Coordinator for the Pennsylvania State Education Association, a position held since 2015. Previously, Annie worked as the Communications Director for Teamsters Local 700 from 2012 to 2015, where significant membership engagement was achieved through a cohesive communications strategy across over 100 bargaining units. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at the American Medical Association Foundation (2010-2012) and freelance writing for various publications, including Chicago Parent Magazine and the Rogers Park Community Council Newsletter. Annie's early career involved internships with The Chicago Tribune and WBBM-TV in 2008. Annie graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2009.
