Barry Dewitt Ed.d.

Barry DeWitt, Ed.D., serves as a UniServ Representative for the Pennsylvania State Education Association since November 2015, focusing on contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and grievance representation for professional and paraprofessional members. Previous experience includes a role as a Freelance Reporter for WNEP-TV 16 from January 2008 to January 2017, where Barry covered news stories for on-air delivery. Barry also worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Kutztown Area School District and Berks County Intermediate Unit #14, and held the position of Adjunct Professor at Bloomsburg University. Education credentials include a Doctor of Education from Aspen University and both a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and Utah State University, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
