Cynthia Urban

Cynthia Urban, MPA, serves as the Executive Director of the Senate Education Committee for the Pennsylvania State Senate since December 2016, having previously held roles such as Legislative Director for Senator Scott Martin and Executive Director of the Senate Local Government Committee. Prior experience includes teaching at the Penn Manor School District from August 2007 to December 2016 and serving as Acting Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs at the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue for a brief period in 2014. Additionally, Cynthia Urban was a Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Commonwealth at the Pennsylvania Department of State. Cynthia Urban holds a Master of Public Administration and a Certificate in Politics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Secondary Education in History from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
