Leo Knepper

Leo Knepper is an experienced political and strategic consultant currently serving as Chief of Staff and Executive Director for the Intergovernmental Operations Committee of the Pennsylvania State Senate since December 2022. Previous roles include Legislative Director, Owner of Right Flank Consulting, Ltd., and Political Director at Citizens Alliance of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities spanned legislative review, stakeholder engagement, and public relations strategy. Leo has experience managing grassroots activism as State Director for Heritage Action for America. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
