Wil Childs

Wil Childs, MHS, currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Pennsylvania State Senate, where responsibilities include office management and regional supervision. As the Founder of Wil Childs LLC, services are provided in employment support, event coordination, and community relations. Wil Childs has held various leadership roles, including Director of Community Support Services at Northeast Treatment Centers and Manager of Adult Programming at Lenfest Center, focused on community engagement and resource development. An active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Wil Childs has a strong background in youth and family services, along with a Master's degree in Human Services from Lincoln University of PA.
