Director Of Procurement Shared Services - Passhe at Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education
Jeff Mandel currently serves as the Director of Procurement Shared Services for Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education, a position held since July 2020. In addition, Jeff Mandel has been the Director of Procurement and Operations at Bloomsburg University since June 2011, while also acting as the Director of State System Strategic Sourcing for the Pennsylvania State System. Prior roles include Chief Procurement Officer for the Commonwealth of PA and various leadership positions at Honeywell, Yuasa-Exide, Baldwin Hardware Corp., and service as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Jeff Mandel holds an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University and a BS in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
