Kiel Parker, PHR, SHRM-CP, has had a diverse work experience. Kiel started their career at Regal Entertainment Group in 2001 as a Senior Assistant Manager, where they worked until 2007. After that, they joined Citizen's Acting Together Can Help, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist and stayed with the company until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Kiel worked as a Human Resources Generalist at ReminderMedia. Currently, they are associated with PA Virtual Charter School, where they started as the Assistant Director of Human Resources in 2013 and later became the Assistant Director of Special Education Support Services and Compliance Monitoring in 2016.
