Kristin Moeser

Kristin Moeser is an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing various construction projects. Currently employed at Penntex Construction Company, Inc. since May 2022, Kristin specializes in Class A fit-outs, ensuring projects remain within budget and timelines while maintaining client satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as Construction Project Manager/Superintendent at TOP NOTCH GENERAL CONTRACTING, LLC from April 2019 to April 2022, where Kristin oversaw all aspects of mid to large-size residential projects. Kristin’s career began at J & K Equipment, Inc. as Office Manager, a position held from April 2007 to January 2019, which involved handling customer orders, scheduling, and general bookkeeping. Kristin is pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management at Louisiana State University, expected to complete in 2027, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Temple University.
