Currently with Penny Publications, LLC since October 2018, Laura previously served as an assistant editor at Sourcebooks, where responsibilities included processing manuscript submissions and collaborating on developmental editing for romance manuscripts. Laura's editorial career began with internships, including editorial assistant roles at Globe Pequot Press and Warscapes, where manuscript reviews and market research were key tasks. An educational background in English Language and Literature, complemented by a degree in Journalism from the University of Connecticut, supports Laura's expertise in the field.
