Faustin Nzitonda is a Data Engineer at Pennybacker Capital since July 2023. Previously, Nzitonda worked as a Data Scientist during the Emory Goizueta Capstone at Royal Caribbean Group, where algorithms were developed to enhance call center demand forecasting and staffing optimization. As a Machine Learning Engineer at Fundle, Nzitonda created a fraud-detection microservice that significantly decreased fraudulent transactions. Nzitonda also gained experience as a Technology/Machine Learning Intern at Asaak, where data collection and a credit score prediction model were developed. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Emory University and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Rwanda.
