Charlie Fields

Charlie Fields, Jr. has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Charlie began their career at Stony Creek Knitting Mill in 1993 as a Production Control Specialist. In 1996, they joined Associates Financial Services as a Branch Manager. From 2000 to 2014, they worked at the NC Office of the Commissioner of Banks, where they held various roles, including Financial Examiner and Assistant Director in the Mortgage Division. During their time at the NC Office of the Commissioner of Banks, they also served as the Director of the Non-Depository Entities Division, responsible for supervising and enforcing regulations in mortgage lending, money transmission, and other industries. Since 2014, Charlie Fields, Jr. has been employed at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, where they have held positions such as First Vice President and, currently, Executive Vice President of Mortgage Regulatory Relations.

Charlie Fields, Jr. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Barton College between 1989 and 1993. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies in Business Administration and Management at Southern Nash Senior High School from 1987 to 1989. Additionally, they obtained the certification of CMEM - Certified Mortgage Examinations Manager from the Conference of State Banking Supervisors in 2008.
