Janice Winters

Janice Winters has an extensive background in the mortgage banking industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President at PENNYMAC since November 2011, with prior roles including Senior Vice President of Development and First Vice President of Risk Review Credit. Before joining PENNYMAC, Janice held the position of Vice President and Fulfillment Divisional Quality Leader at Bank of America from May 2009 to November 2011. Janice co-founded Winters Financial Group, where responsibilities included oversight of retail mortgage banking operations and final loan underwriting decisions. Earlier career positions include Los Angeles Regional Manager at both Western Financial Bank and Equimor Funding, where Janice managed operations and sales, emphasizing profitability and underwriting quality. Janice's career began as Underwriting Manager at VMI Mortgage, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
