Karen Toal Anderson

Karen Toal Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Karen began their career as a Graphic Designer at Karl Strauss Brewing Company in 1995. From 1997 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Art Director at The Illusion Factory, where they led teams in creating creative campaigns for various media platforms. In 2006, Karen joined Warner Bros. Entertainment as Vice President Worldwide TV Marketing - Creative Services. During their tenure, they built an in-house agency and transformed the On-Air Creative Services team into an award-winning organization. Karen stayed with Warner Bros. until 2020. Finally, in 2021, Karen Toal Anderson joined PENNYMAC, where they initially served as FVP | Creative Director - Head of Brand Creative and later transitioned to their current role as SVP | Creative Director - Head of Brand Creative.

Karen Toal Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Arts & Sciences with an emphasis in Graphic Design from San Diego State University in 1996. Karen studied at the School of Art & Design.
