Mandy Etemad

Mandy Etemad has extensive work experience in the project management and IT fields. Mandy is currently working as the First Vice President, Technical Program Manager at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Technical Program Manager at the same company from April 2019 to August 2021. From July 2014 to March 2019, Mandy worked as an IT Project Manager at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC.

In addition to their roles at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, Mandy also worked briefly as an Information Technology Project Manager at the City of Ventura in May 2014. Before that, they gained valuable experience at Nokia, where they were a Manager, Tool and Data from October 2008 to October 2013, and a Country Keyuser from January 2007 to October 2008. Mandy began their career at Siemens as a Service Engineer from November 2004 to January 2007.

Mandy Etemad has a strong educational background in Information & Communication Sciences. Mandy completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree at Ball State University from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Telecommunications from the same university, graduating in 1999. Mandy has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Mandy holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2013. Additionally, Mandy has earned certifications in agile project management, including a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance obtained in December 2013, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the same institution obtained in December 2019. Lastly, they also hold an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services, obtained in April 2018.
