Megan R.

Megan R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Management at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC since September 2020, Megan also holds a position on the Board of Trustees for the Nevada Ballet Theatre since September 2018. Previous roles include Executive Director of Corporate Human Resources at Las Vegas Sands Corp. from March 2017 to September 2020 and Executive Director of Human Resources at The Venetian® | The Palazzo® from March 2014 to March 2017. Megan has a strong background with Bank of America as Senior Vice President in various HR roles from September 2005 to March 2014, as well as experience as a Feasibility Consultant and in leadership development at Merrill Lynch. An alumnus of Florida State University, Megan holds both an MBA in Hospitality and a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing.
