Michelle S. Miller

Michelle S. Miller is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in portfolio strategy and operations. Currently serving as First Vice President at PennyMac Financial Services, Inc., Michelle leads initiatives to optimize loan servicing portfolios exceeding $643 billion. Previously, as Managing Director of Sagamore Hill Enterprises, LLC, Michelle provided strategic consulting in business development and marketing. In addition, Michelle contributed to the Junior League of Los Angeles as a Board Member and Communications Director, enhancing digital communications for the organization. Earlier roles at Bank of America included Senior Vice President and operations management. Michelle holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Marketing and Information Technology from the University of La Verne and a BA in Fine Arts from the University at Albany.
