Richard Strayer

Richard Strayer, CPA, has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Richard started their career as a Financial Analyst at Countrywide in 1994. Richard then moved to KPMG, where they worked as a Senior Auditor from 1997 to 2000. Richard then joined Countrywide Home Loans, serving in various roles including Assistant Vice President - Acquisitions, Vice President - Acquisitions, and First Vice President - Mortgage Subservicing from 2000 to 2006. Richard worked at Countrywide Financial as a Senior Vice President - Core Loan Servicing from 2007 to 2009. Richard then joined Bank of America as a Senior Vice President and worked there until 2014. Currently, Richard serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC.

Richard Strayer, CPA attended California State University, Northridge from 1991 to 1997 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Campbell Hall HS from 1984 to 1990. Richard holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant.
