Robert Mendoza

Robert Mendoza is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC since September 2016, Robert specializes in IT Operations and Enterprise Service Management, particularly leveraging ServiceNow. Prior experiences include a role as an AVP at Bank of America supporting Global Business Credit Risk Technology and earlier positions at PennyMac and Bank of America focused on business analysis, production support, and systems engineering. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and an Associate degree in Science from Dallas College.
