Shana Sagasta

Shana Sagasta is an accomplished professional in the field of talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in operational leadership and staffing solutions. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at PENNYMAC since September 2021, Shana previously held positions at AtWork Group as Division Lead and Account Manager in the Medical sector, as well as in various roles at Kelly Services where responsibilities included overseeing contingent staffing and improving operational efficiencies across multiple markets. Shana's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Midstate Mechanical and as a Human Resources Representative at The Arizona Humane Society.
