Sylvester Sison

Sylvester Sison, Ed.D, currently serves as a Logistics/Supply Officer (Reserves) with the United States Department of Defense, where responsibilities include strategizing for military units and coordinating personnel and equipment movements. Since January 2021, Sylvester has worked at PENNYMAC as the AVP of Mortgage Fulfillment - Learning and Development, previously holding the title of Learning and Development Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Operations Manager and Support Analyst, delivering guidance on various operational aspects for a large team. Sylvester also held positions at Modern Business Associates as a Senior Benefits Reconciliation Analyst and previously with the United States Department of Defense, holding roles such as Leading Operations Manager and Divisional Training Program Manager.
