Tara Kinney

Tara Kinney is a seasoned executive in consumer direct lending, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Regional Sales Leader at PENNYMAC since March 2021. Prior to this, Tara held various leadership roles at Bank of America from June 2002 to March 2021, including SVP National Consumer Lending Strategy and Sales Performance. Tara has a proven track record of successfully transitioning teams to new operational models and managing significant customer portfolios, particularly within default servicing. With experience in driving sales performance and customer service excellence, Tara has consistently achieved high results and led multiple teams to exceed operational targets. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and has received additional education from Melbourne Business School.
