Ann Hanna is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of C-level management experience, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, recaps, succession planning, and valuation. As the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Taureau Group, LLC since June 2012, Ann has successfully led numerous projects for middle-market companies. In addition to this role, Ann serves on the boards of Appion Solutions and Penrod, contributing expertise in apprenticeship program management and Salesforce solutions in healthcare. Previous positions include Managing Director at Schenck M&A Solutions and Director at Corporate Finance Associates, focusing on buyer and seller advisory in the lower middle market.
