Tanguy Pensaert is an accomplished recruitment professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in engineering and consultancy. Currently serving as the founder of Faktor since January 2024, Tanguy Pensaert leads a consultancy specializing in the recruitment of engineering profiles. In addition, Tanguy Pensaert is the founder of Kwery, which focuses on creating ideal employer-employee matches through quality collaborations, and Pensaert & Partners, a dynamic consultancy dedicated to the recruitment of engineering, construction, and accountancy profiles in Flanders. Previously, Tanguy Pensaert held various roles at FUSE Engineering from June 2019 to February 2022, including Principal Recruitment Consultant for Construction and Maintenance & Automation. Tanguy Pensaert began the professional journey in sales at back2buzz group in 2017 and holds a degree from Ghent University.
