Walter Mutsaers

Walter Mutsaers has extensive experience in leadership and management within the finance and pensions sectors. Currently serving as the Voorzitter Uitvoerend Bestuur at Pensioenfonds Rail & Openbaar Vervoer since May 2020, Walter also works as a Board Counselor for Independent Manager & Consultant since January 2016. Previously, Walter held the position of Algemeen Directeur at Media Pensioen Diensten from July 2017 to May 2020, responsible for the execution of services for the pension fund PNO Media. Walter was a member of the executive board at MN from January 2006 to December 2015, overseeing general responsibilities, including Pensions & Insurance Services, Strategy, Operations, and Marketing & Communications. As the owner of Mandaad from March 2001 to December 2005, Walter specialized in interim management and management consultancy for the financial services industry. Walter also served as a member of the board of directors at Fortis AMEV from 1998 to 2000 and possesses a solid educational background from Tilburg University.
