David Jr Wycinsky

David Jr Wycinsky has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David Jr is currently serving as the Director of Communications Outreach & Legislative Affairs at Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Communications at the US Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division from 2020 to 2022. In 2019, they worked as a Compliance Policy Analyst (Communications) at the U.S. Department of Labor. From 2016 to 2019, David served as the Director of Program Education & Outreach Services at the Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration. Before that, they held various roles at GSA, including the Acting Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Communications and Marketing, Supervisory Public Affairs Specialist, and Public Affairs Specialist. David also worked at the U.S. Census Bureau in roles such as Branch Chief, National Partnerships and Program Analyst (Field Outreach & Training). David Jr began their career as a Financial Services Intern at Lincoln Financial Group and as an Intern at Fannie Mae.

David Jr Wycinsky has a Masters Certificate in Leadership & Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. David Jr also holds a BBS degree in Marketing from James Madison University, which they earned from 1993 to 1997.
