Diana Funwela, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retirement plan administration and employee benefits. Currently serving as a Benefit Analyst at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) since January 2022, Diana previously worked at Bayer as an HR Advisor/Benefits, where significant expertise in the Bayer Corporation Pension Plan and Employee Share Purchase Plan was developed. Diana's career also includes roles as a Retirement Plan Coordinator at Hefren-Tillotson and various positions at PBGC, where responsibilities encompassed supervising benefits administrators and providing high-level customer service to pension plan participants.
