Stephen Seifert

Stephen Seifert, CPA, CFE, is a seasoned financial auditor and forensic auditor currently serving as a Senior Financial Auditor at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation since January 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing internal controls and supporting audit remediation. Previously, Stephen held positions at the U.S. EPA Office of Inspector General, conducting performance audits to improve program operations and identify efficiencies. Additional experience includes roles at the Defense Contract Audit Agency, where Stephen contributed to government acquisition efforts, and as President of ZDP Media Group, Inc., managing various marketing and financial operations. Stephen also served as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Tech, imparting practical accounting knowledge to students. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and English from Virginia Tech.
