Becky Merritt

Becky Merritt has extensive work experience in risk management and has held various roles in different companies. Becky is currently working as the Head of CRO Office at Pension Insurance Corporation plc since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Chartered Insurance Institute as the Enterprise Project Management Office Director from October 2020 to August 2022 and as the Risk Director from June 2018 to October 2020. Before that, Becky worked at Old Mutual plc as the Head of Risk from June 2016 to June 2018, as an Operational Risk Specialist from June 2012 to June 2016, and as a Risk Relationship Manager from September 2008 to June 2012. Becky also worked at Swiss Re as an Operational Risk Controller from May 2007 to September 2008 and at Friends Provident as an Operational Risk Consultant from January 2005 to May 2007. Becky's earlier experience includes roles at Friends Provident as a Project Analyst for the Economic Capital Model Project from February 2003 to May 2004 and as an Investment Accounts Administrator from May 2001 to February 2003.

Becky Merritt attended the University of Sussex from 1997 to 2009, where they earned a BA in Geography and Environmental Studies with Development Studies.
