Lance Deluca

Lance DeLuca is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and investment management within the financial sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Pension Insurance Corporation plc since October 2022, Lance previously held significant roles at Schroders, where responsibilities included COO Investment and Head of Investment Operations. Prior to that, Lance contributed to Jupiter Asset Management Limited as Joint Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations, along with a successful tenure at BlackRock as Managing Director and Global Head of Product Services and Securities Finance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University, completed in 1994.
