Tim James has a diverse work experience in the insurance and investment management industries. Tim began their career as an Actuarial Trainee at Norwich Union Investment Management, where they worked from 1996 to 1999. Tim then joined Aviva plc in 1999 and held various roles including Group Treasury Actuary, Head of Capital Management, Head of Treasury, and Head of Securitisation. Tim worked at Aviva plc until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Tim worked at Aviva plc as the Economic Capital Director for Europe and later as the Director of Capital Management. Tim then joined Pension Insurance Corporation in 2013 and served as the Senior Actuary - Business Planning before being promoted to Head of Business Planning in 2014.
Tim James has a BSc (Hons) degree in Actuarial Science from City, University of London.
