Francesca Ruiba

Francesca Ruiba has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Francesca started their career as a Receptionist at IUSS - Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori di Ferrara in 2012. Francesca then moved on to join wombat's CITY Hostels as a Receptionist in 2015 and later became a Reception Manager from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, they worked as a Facilities Manager at Pulse Films before transitioning to Wombat's The City Hostels in 2019. At Wombat's, they held the positions of Front Office Manager from July 2019 to November 2019 and Assistant Manager from November 2019 to October 2020.

In 2020, Francesca joined PensionBee, where they worked as a Pension Transfer Manager from November 2020 to July 2021. Francesca then took on the role of Compliance and Resolution Manager from June 2021 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Communications Manager at PensionBee, starting from December 2022.

Francesca Ruiba pursued their education at the Università degli Studi di Ferrara from 2010 to 2015. Francesca obtained a Laurea triennale in Operatore dei Servizi Giuridici. In addition, they obtained the FCE certification from the Cambridge English Language Assessment in September 2008.
