Katlyn Murphy

Katlyn M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katlyn started their career at Flying Colors Broadcasts as a Producer, where they implemented an internal communications strategic plan for T. Rowe Price Corporate Communications and structured new multimedia file-sharing procedures. Katlyn then advanced to the role of Senior Producer and Project Manager, leading a creative team and increasing average project profit margins.

Afterwards, Katlyn transitioned to RE/MAX Equity Group, where they served as a Marketing Manager, specializing in technology, recruiting, and multimedia development. Katlyn revamped the company's recruiting website, designed print media, and oversaw SEO/SEM strategy. Katlyn also took on the role of Director of Operations, revitalizing the marketing and technology department and integrating managed service providers and vendors. In this role, they drove the development of high-impact initiatives focused on agent recruiting, retention, and professional development.

Most recently, Katlyn joined WestLand Engineering & Environmental Services as a Project Manager, Special Projects.

From 2010 to 2014, Katlyn M. attended Boston College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film and Communications.
