Romina Savova

Romina Savova began their work experience in 2007 as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Romina then joined the company as a full-time Analyst in 2008, working in the Bank and Sovereign industry teams of the Credit Risk Management and Advisory Division. Romina was also part of the GSAM and swap product teams. In 2011, Romina worked as a Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley. Romina then joined Morgan Stanley as an Associate in 2012, working until 2014. Romina then worked as the Director of Corporate Development at Credit Benchmark from 2014 to 2015. Since 2015, they have served as the Founder & CEO of PensionBee, where they provide savers access to a low-cost, easy-to-use, transparent pension plan and helps customers consolidate their pension pots to increase their retirement savings.

Romina Savova obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and International Studies from Emory University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School from 2010 to 2012.
