Prior to joining Pensionmark in 2015, Jennifer served as the Senior Vice President of Client Service Delivery for Aspire, an independent open-architecture recordkeeper, overseeing all of Aspire's Client Service and Operations divisions. While there she was instrumental in implementing a more cohesive client engagement model and transforming service delivery to its Participant, Plan Sponsor, Advisor and Third-Party Administrator constituents.
