Laura Battle

Mrs. Battle joined the Pensionmark team in 2000, bringing with her experience in the financial services industry. She graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and Spanish.

Mrs. Battle currently holds her Series 6 and 63 registrations along with her California insurance license. Additionally, she holds the following designations: Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), and PLANSPONSOR® Retirement Professional (PRP)TM.

Mrs. Battle provides retirement plan advisory services to corporate fiduciaries. Laura assists businesses and their employees with structuring efficient 401(k) plans, measuring and monitoring fiduciary liability and providing education tools for participants.

Mrs. Battle is also responsible for advancing Pensionmark’s HR strategy in support of the company’s leadership and growth objectives. In addition, Laura overseas corporate operations, the day-to-day management of the customer service team and is the lead conversion manager.

Mrs. Battle is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Santa Barbara Human Resource Association (SBHRA).
