Rheannon Sicely has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rheannon started as a Benefits Configuration Analyst at the State of Vermont in 2012, where they were responsible for configuring and developing the PeopleSoft system for Benefits Administration. Rheannon then moved on to become a Human Resources Operations and Compliance Analyst, where they verified, tested, and developed software technology for system compliance and managed the development of related policies and procedures. In 2014, they became a Senior HCM Analyst, specializing in benefits and HRIS, and analyzed business processes and user requirements to identify opportunities for enhancements. In 2016, they joined the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as the Director of Continuous Improvement & Implementation. Currently, Rheannon holds the position of Vice President Customer Experience and Change Management at the Board of Pensions.
