Tim Roop

Tim Roop has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Tim began their career in 1992 as a Human Resources Supervisor at Builders Square, where they worked until 1995. From 1995 to 1998, they served as a Human Resources Manager at STAR Financial Group. In 1998, they joined Jiffy Lube as a Regional Human Resources Director, a position they held until 1999. That same year, they started working at Penske Auto Centers as a Regional Human Resources Director and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Penske Automotive Group.

Tim Roop attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1986 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
