Dan Seale

Dan Seale has over 35 years of work experience in various senior roles in manufacturing and human resources. Dan started their career in 1989 as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Vought Aircraft Industries Inc. Dan then worked as a Manager of Capital Management at Earthgrains Company from 1993 to 1996. From 1996 to 2006, they served as an Engineering Manager at The Wornick Company Right Away Division, L.P. In 2006, they joined Sterling Foods as the VP of Corporate Manufacturing, a position they held for 16 years. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Sr. VP of Human Resources & Process Improvement at Sterling Foods.

Dan Seale attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering.
