Doug Eroh

Doug Eroh has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Doug started their career in 1996 at Toyota North America as a Management Analyst and later held various positions such as District Service and Parts Manager, District Manager, and Area Sales Manager. In 2002, they joined Lexus as a Merchandising Manager, then moved on to become a Market Representation Manager and Distribution Manager. In 2006, they returned to Toyota North America and took on roles such as Sales & Production Operations Manager, Vehicle Operations Manager for the Los Angeles region, Assistant General Manager for the Los Angeles region, and General Manager. In 2015, they joined Penske Motor Group as an EVP and recently became the President. Additionally, in 2018, they also became the President and General Manager of Longo Toyota.

Doug Eroh holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Penn State University. In June 2016, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on June 2016 at UC Irvine.
