Georgianna Frenzelas

Georgianna Frenzelas possesses extensive experience in leadership development and training within the Penske organizations, currently serving as Sr Manager of Leadership Development at Penske Truck Leasing since August 2018. Previously, Georgianna held the position of Sr. Manager of Performance and Career Development at Penske Corporation and managed sales training at Penske Logistics and Truck Leasing. Georgianna began a career at Penske Truck Leasing as a Quality Training Leader, also contributing as a Certified Quality Black Belt and Management Development Trainer. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Leadership Development and a Master's in Instructional Design from Penn State Great Valley, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education from the State University of New York Cortland.
