Najoua El Hamel

Najoua El Hamel is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the Middle East and Africa region. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Penspen since January 2018, Najoua has held various leadership roles including Head of HR for the region and HR Manager. Prior to this position, Najoua worked at Technip from January 2007 to November 2017 as a Human Resources Manager and Regional Talent Manager. Najoua holds an Executive Master in Strategic Human Resources Management from HEC Paris and a Master of Business Administration from Ecole Superieur des Affaires, along with a degree in Engineering Business Management from Coventry University.
