Frederik Marcus Dannevang

Frederik Marcus Dannevang is the Founder & Co-CEO at pensure. Frederik has over 6 years of experience in financial analysis and presentations for management and board meetings. Their experience includes financial modeling, proforma statements of Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements, consolidation of financial statements prior to acquisitions, normalization of financial statements prior to acquisitions, data gathering in connection with valuations, DCF and relative valuation, defining and structuring business plans and quantification of those, and analyses of industry reports.

Prior to joining pensure, Frederik worked as a Visiting Associate at Kukula Capital, a Zambian based Private Equity Fund and Corporate Finance advisory firm. Their responsibilities included assisting in financial due diligence and valuation on target companies, assisting in strategic implementations in portfolio companies, creating presentations on new and existing projects, and assisting in corporate finance advisory and consultancy projects, including preparation of financial models and information memoranda.

Before Kukula Capital, Frederik worked as an M&A Analyst at Consilio Partners where they gained valuable experience in various aspects of financial analysis and presentations.

Frederik Marcus Dannevang has a Master of Science in Finance & Investments from Copenhagen Business School. Frederik also has electives from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and IDD Bilag 4 from Finanssektorens Uddannelsescenter. Their educational background also includes Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and STX in Team Danmark - Samfundsfag, Engelsk & Psykologi from Falkonergårdens Gymnasium og HF.
