Salma Hisham is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Principal GIS Developer at Penta-b since August 2020, Salma has advanced through positions including GIS Developer and Senior GIS Developer. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Student at the Information Technology Institute from October 2019 to July 2020 and as a Senior Data Editor at Esri Northeast Africa from November 2018 to September 2019. In addition, Salma contributed as a Geographic Information System Specialist at an urban planning office for a brief period in 2018. Salma holds a degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Helwan University Cairo, graduating with high honors in 2018.
