Camilo Blanco Vargas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Camilo is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer, Intelligence at Penta Group since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at alva as the Chief Operating Officer, where they led the company's mission to provide stakeholder intelligence to support decision-making related to stakeholder management. Camilo also held the position of Project Manager at alva.

Before their role at alva, Camilo worked at 4S Real Estate as the Chief Technology Officer (as a service), where they delivered cutting-edge developments and influenced key stakeholders to secure buy-in for technology innovation. Camilo also held the position of Chief Technology Officer (as a service) at Neurobusiness®, where they provided technical leadership and management of software development processes.

Camilo's experience also includes roles at Arcelec S.A., where they served as the Managing Director and Co-Founder, overseeing leadership, product definition, strategy, and execution of real estate development and technology projects. Camilo also worked as the Product and PMO Director and Co-founder at Arcelec S.A., handling simultaneous projects across different sites and managing project teams.

Earlier in their career, Camilo worked at Construir XXI as a Software Developer and Project Manager, where they owned and developed technology innovations. Camilo also gained research experience as a Research Aide at Argonne National Laboratory and completed an internship at Philips Benelux, where they conducted a feasibility study and programmed a prototype.
