Angela Hartke

Angela Hartke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Angela currently works at Penta Technologies, Inc. as a Product Owner, where they lead problem discovery sessions and aids developers in defining requirements. Prior to this, they were a Product Analyst at the same company, where they assisted the Product Owner in problem discovery and release management. Angela also has experience as a Scrum Master/Developer at Penta Technologies, where they utilized the Scrum framework and Agile principles to manage product and software development efforts.

Before joining Penta Technologies, Angela worked at Covestro as a Digital Engineer, where they created cloud-based digital services and served as a full-stack developer. Angela also participated in an 18-month rotational program, gaining experience in various business units. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Vice President and Design Project Liaison at Design Hub, overseeing design teams and co-creating a philosophy for engineering medical devices.

Angela also gained experience as a Technical Intern at Bayer MaterialScience, a Student Advisory Team member and Teaching Assistant at ENGR0716, and an FDA Lead and Design Team Member at Wireless Electronic Monitoring Unit (WEMU). Angela worked as a Bioengineering Co-op at Cohera Medical, where they were involved in research and development and achieved notable accomplishments. Additionally, they served as a Freshman Engineering Peer Advisor at the University of Pittsburgh and worked as a Student Nursing Assistant at UPMC.

Throughout their career, Angela has demonstrated their problem-solving skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and their expertise in various technical domains.

Angela Hartke pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their high school diploma from Ringgold High School in the year 2011. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Bioengineering with a minor in Chemistry. Angela then went on to attend Carnegie Mellon University from 2018 to 2020, where they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology Management.

In addition to their formal education, Angela Hartke has obtained several certifications. Notably, in May 2020, they achieved the certification of Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
