John Gress

John Gress is a Physical Security Specialist at the Pentagon Force Protection Agency since August 2021, focusing on managing perimeter security equipment and serving as a subject matter expert on advanced security technologies. Prior to this role, John Gress served in the United States Air Force for over a decade, holding various positions including Superintendent of Antiterrorism and Force Protection, where responsibilities included managing critical security programs and conducting security inspections. Additional experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where John Gress facilitated the recruitment process for future Airmen, and as a Criminal Investigator, conducting criminal investigations and analyzing crime trends at Joint Base Andrews. John Gress holds a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security from the University of Arkansas Grantham and two Associate's degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Human Resources Management and Criminal Justice.
