Alper Turan

Alper Turan is a highly experienced architectural professional currently serving as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Tulane University School of Architecture since August 2024. In addition to academia, Alper holds the position of Architectural Project Manager at Pentagram, a role commenced in April 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Junior Architectural Designer at Workshop/APD from June 2021 to April 2022, as well as a Designer at Autoban from September 2018 to May 2019. Alper's early career includes an internship at Tabanlioglu Architects in July and August 2016. Alper Turan's educational background features a Master of Architecture degree from Yale University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University (2014-2018), with additional studies at the University of the West of England from 2016 to 2017 and completing education at Robert College from 2009 to 2014.
