Riccardo Calà has extensive experience in the marketing and communications field. Riccardo is currently the Head of Brand Marketing at pentahotels, where they are responsible for leading the marketing team and shaping the future of the Penta brand. Prior to this role, they served as the Interim Marketing Lead, successfully managing the marketing team during a period of internal restructuring. Before joining pentahotels, Riccardo worked as the Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager at Vienna House, overseeing global marketing activities across multiple countries and hotels. Riccardo also gained experience as a Marketing & Account Manager at SCOOP & SPOON, where they were responsible for managing key accounts and coordinating project teams. Earlier in their career, Riccardo worked as a Senior Marketing Executive at Royal Lancaster London, leading the rebranding process and managing various marketing initiatives. Riccardo also held positions at Molpass, ToyWatch UK LTD, Cyberdog UK LTD, Futur Fusion, Imago Comunicazione, and Global Communication Project, where they gained experience in marketing, sales, and PR. Riccardo has a proven track record in strategic marketing, project management, copywriting, and team leadership.

Riccardo Calà pursued their education in the field of Public Relations. Riccardo completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Università degli Studi di Udine between 2005 and 2008. Following that, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Public Relations from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, which they completed between 2009 and 2010.
