Jessica Smaagaard

Jessica Smaagaard currently serves as Segment CHRO for Industrial Flow Technologies at Pentair, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Jessica was the Vice President of Human Resources at Hawkins, Inc. from September 2020 to September 2022, after serving as HR Leader for Amazon Air North America in 2020. Jessica has extensive experience at Amazon, including roles as Talent Management Leader and Senior Regional Human Resources Manager for Amazon Transportation Services and Amazon Robotics Team, respectively. Previously, Jessica spent 18 years at Target, progressing through various HR leadership positions, including Director of Supply Chain HR and Regional HR Manager for Supply Chain. Jessica holds an MBA from St. Cloud State University, an MA in Criminal Justice/Management from Michigan State University, and a BS in Criminal Justice from Bemidji State University.
