Jill Hughes

Jill Hughes, M.A. HRIR, CCP, has extensive experience in executive compensation and global mobility, currently serving as Sr. Director of Executive Compensation & Global Mobility at Pentair since July 2007. Previous roles include North America Compensation Manager at GE Capital Fleet Services and Compensation Analyst at Fingerhut. Jill Hughes also contributed as an Association Member leading Race Operations for the Twin Cities Marathon and served as Education Chair on the Board of Directors for the Twin Cities Compensation Network, focusing on professional development for compensation professionals. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas.
